(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 민선 제8대 문경복 옹진군수가 1일 본청 효심관에서 군민대표, 각계각층 인사 및 지역주민 등 400여명이 참석한 가운데 취임식을 갖고 앞으로 옹진을 이끌 혁신과 소통을 위한 새로운 비전을 선포했다.

이날 취임식은 원기범 아나운서의 사회로 영흥교회 아이노스앙상블의 공연을 시작으로 국민의례, 취임선서, 취임사, 대통령 축하메시지 낭독, 축사 및 격려사, 주민 축하 영상 상영, 대청동백합창단의 축하공연, 옹진군 Y밴드의 축하공연 순으로 진행됐다. 

민선8기에서는 “옹진을 새롭게! 군민을 신나게!”라는 군정비전을 설정하고, “인구 3만을 향한 변화하는 새로운 옹진을”군정목표로 세웠다.

그에 따라 ▲첫째, 인재육성을 통한 지속성장 옹진구현 ▲둘째, 농·수산업 진흥과 소상공인의 성장 지원 및 특성화사업 적극지원 ▲셋째, 친환경 기업 및 연구,연수시설 적극유치 ▲넷째, 우리 어르신들 일자리 창출 및 복지 확충 ▲다섯째, 폭넓고 따뜻한 사회복지 실현과 보건·의료분야의 현대화 ▲여섯째, 군민편의 육상·해상 교통혁신 실현 ▲일곱째, 다시찾는 명품 관광옹진만들기  ▲여덟째, 자부심 있는 정주환경조성 총 8개의 군정과제를 제시했다.

취임사를 통해 문경복 군수는“우리 삶의 터전 옹진군을 사람이 모여드는 역동적인 옹진으로 만들어 내겠다”며 “늘 군민 곁에서 많이 듣고, 많이 걷고, 부르기 전에 찾아가는 섬김의 행정을 실천하겠다 ”고 말했다.

한편, 취임식 행사 전에 문경복 신임 군수는 미추홀구 수봉공원 내 현충탑에서 참배를 하였으며 취임식 후 기념식수, 사무인계인수서 서명, 간부 공무원 인사, 군의회 방문, 기자 브리핑룸 방문 등으로 민선 제8대 옹진군수로의 본격적인 업무를 시작했다.
