인천시교육청, 학교시설개방 관련 간담회 및 디지털 성범죄 피해자 지원 협약

(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 ‘학교시설개방 관련 간담회’를 개최했다.


이번 간담회는 마을공동체로서의 학교시설로 다시 태어나기 위한 정책추진의 기틀 마련을 위해 인천시민을 대상 공청회를 진행했다.


교육청 및 교육지원청, 학부모, 학교 관계자를 비롯해 시설개방을 요구하는 인천지역 체육회 및 각종 동호회 대표들이 참석했다.


김동호 동부교육지원청교육장, 정원교중구체육회 회장, 임병권 산곡여자중학교장, 김중필 신흥여자중학교 행정실장, 구서희 인천국제고등학교 학부모가 토론자로 참여했다.


학교시설 개방을 요구하는 관계자는 “생활체육을 할 공간이 많지 않다. 코로나 19로 2년 넘게 닫혀 있던 교문을 열고 지역사회와 함께 하는 열린공간으로서의 학교로 변화가 이루워져야 한다”고 주장했다.


인천시교육청 관계자는 “간담회를 통해 학교 운동장 및 강당 등의 학교시설 개방에 따른 문제점을 공론화하고 해결방안을 모색하는 시간이 되길 바란다”며 “마을과 학교, 교육청이 함께 하는 좋은 모델의 시설 개방 방안이 마련되도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

또한, 인천시교육청이 학교 현장에서 증가하는 디지털 성범죄 예방 및 피해자 지원 강화를 위해 인천여성가족재단과 업무협약을 체결했다.


이번 협약은 인천시교육청과 인천여성가족재단 내 인천디지털성범죄에방대응센터가 상호협력을 통해 학교 내 디지털 성범죄 피해지원의 사각지대에 놓여있는 피해자에게 정신적 고통 및 후유증을 최소화하는 보호조치 강화를 목적으로 한다.


양 기관은 업무협약을 통해 디지털 성범죄 피해자 지원 연계 상담 기관 핫라인을 구축하고 피해자에 대한 디지털 성범죄 피해 삭제지원, 치유프로그램 지원, 치료비 지원, 무료법률서비스 등을 지원한다.


인천시교육청은 교육청 내 성평등 공감센터를 구축해 학교에서 발생하는 디지털 성범죄 예방 및 피해자 지원을 체계적으로 추진하고 있다.
 

도성훈 교육감은 “디지털 성범죄 예방 및 피해지원을 위한 업무협약을 기반으로 인천교육 가족 모두가 디지털 성범죄로부터 안전하게 보호받을 수 있도록 다양한 상호 협력사업을 추진하겠다”고 말했다.
