(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청(부교육감 장우삼)이 초, 중등 학교장 80여명을 대상으로 학교자치 바로 세우기를 위한 학교장 갈등관리 역량강화 연수를 실시했다.

이번 연수는 학교 내 다양한 구성원 간의 갈등으로 어려움을 겪는 학교구성원 간의 소통과 이해를 바탕으로 학생, 학부모, 교직원이 함께하는 학교자치 문화 확산을 위해 마련됐다.

학교구성원 갈등관리를 통한 민주적 학교문화 조성이라는 주제로 김은혜 전문강사의 강의와 분임별 토론으로 이루어진 연수에서는 학교구성원 간 소통의 중요성을 공감하고 학교구성원이 함께 성장하는 학교문화 조성을 위한 방안에 대해 고민했다.

인천시교육청 관계자는 “갈등이 없는 사회가 건강한 사회가 아니라 갈등이 일어나지 않도록 일상적인 소통과 대화를 통해 민주적인 학교문화를 조성하는 것이 중요하다”며 “학교 내 갈등 상황에 대한 합리적이고 효과적인 해결을 통해 학교구성원이 함께 성장해야 한다”고 말했다.

또한, 인천시교육청이 일선 학교, 직속기관의 청탁방지담당관 및 이해충돌방지담당관 600여 명을 대상으로 청렴교육을 실시했다.

이번 교육은 공직자의 청렴 의식을 제고하고 이해충돌 방지법 시행에 따라 이해충돌방지담당관의 역량강화를 위해 실시됐다.

청렴 전문강사를 초청하여 진행된 이번 교육은 ‘청탁금지법, 이해충돌방지법, 공익신고자 보호·보상 제도’ 등 폭넓은 범위의 청렴 관련 주제를 다루고 각급 기관 청탁방지담당관(이해충돌방지담당관)의 역할과 청렴·반부패 법령 이해도를 높였다.

인천시교육청 관계자는 “올해도 청렴 우수 교육기관으로 자리매김하기 위해 반부패 노력을 지속 추진할 것”이라며 “청탁방지담당관(이해충돌방지담당관)이 많은 역할을 해주기를 바란다”고 말했다.
