인천시에 거주하는 예비부부라면 누구나 신청할 수 있다.

인천시 홈페이지(고시공고)의 신청서를 작성해 방문 또는 우편, 이메일로 접수하면 된다.

대상자 선정 및 발표는 6월 중 개별 통보하며, 결혼 컨설팅, 결혼식 장소 및 스튜디오촬영‧드레스‧메이크업 비용(100만원 범위 내), 모바일 청첩장 제작 등을 지원한다.
