(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 중부지방해양경찰청(청장 김병로)이 오는 5월 21일 토요일 2022년도 제1차 해양경찰 채용 필기 시험을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

올해 들어 처음 실시되는 이번 채용 필기 시험에는 경찰직, 일반직 등 26명을 최종 선발하게 되며, 총 366명이 지원하여 평균 경쟁률은 14대 1이다.

경찰직 및 일반직 공무원으로 구분하여 실시되는 필기 시험은 인천여자상업고등학교에서 오전 10시 20분부터 11시 20분까지 60분간 진행된다.

필기 시험에 응시하는 사람은 5월 21일 토요일 아침 9시 30분까지 시험장에 입실해야 하며, 이 시간 이후에는 시험 응시가 불가능하다.

특임(전술), 특임(구급), 전산, 통신 등 4개 분야를 모집하는 경찰관(순경) 필기 시험에는 19명 모집에 184명이 지원하여 9.6대 1의 평균 경쟁률을 기록했다.

해양오염방제와 선박교통관제 일반직 공무원을 뽑는 필기시험에는 환경(일반 7급),  해양수산(선박항해 9급), 해양수산(선박기관 9급), 공업(화공 9급), 선박관제(9급) 등에서 7명을 선발하게 되는데, 총 182명이 지원하여 평균 경쟁률은 26대 1이다.

필기 시험 합격 여부는 5월 27일 금요일에 발표할 예정이며, 21일 실시되는 필기시험에 합격한 사람은 적성 및 체력, 면접시험을 치르게 된다.

중부지방해양경찰청은 원활한 필기 시험 진행을 위해 감독관 및 종사자들에 대해 사전 교육을 실시하고, 코로나19 감염병 예방을 위한 예방 조치를 시행한다.

또한, 중부지방해양경찰청은 응시자 중 코로나19 감염병 확진자에 대해서는 절차에 따라 시험장 내에 마련된 격리 시험실에서 별도로 시험에 응시하도록 조치할 예정이다.

중부지방해양경찰청 관계자는 “필기 시험 당일에는 방역담당관을 사전에 배치하여 시험장 소독, 응시자 발열 확인 등을 철저히 시행할 방침”이라며 “원활한 필기 시험 진행을 위해 사전 준비에 만전을 다하겠다”고 설명했다.
