(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 소규모 공동주택의 쾌적한 주거환경 질적 향상을 위해 ‘소규모 공동주택 그린디자인 가이드라인’을 선제적으로 마련했다.

최근 코로나 등 생활환경의 변화로 ‘쾌적성’이 주거 선택에 중요한 핵심 요소로 떠오르고 있으나 다세대주택·건축법 적용 아파트 등 소규모 공동주택의 경우, 건축물 간 이격거리가 협소하고 주민편의시설이 의무화되어 있지 않아 채광, 환기, 사생활 보호가 취약한 실정이다.

부천시는 변화하는 주거 트렌드를 반영하고 도시·건축 환경을 개선하고자 현황을 분석하고 우수사례를 연구하여 건축물 유형별 디자인 가이드라인과 실행방안을 제시한다.

가이드라인에는 개방감 있는 건물 배치계획, 도시경관 향상을 위한 입면계획, 입주자 편의 및 안전 확보를 위한 건축계획, 고효율 건축물 도입을 위한 건축물 에너지 절약 설계 등의 내용을 담았다.

건축위원회 심의 및 건축허가 검토 시 체크리스트를 적극 활용하여 가이드라인 반영 여부를 확인할 계획이다.

한상휘 주택국장은 “공동주택 가이드라인을 통해 쾌적한 친환경 도시의 정체성이 확립되어 우리시가 살기 좋은, 살고 싶은 도시가 되기를 바란다”고 밝혔다.

The city of Bucheon has preemptively prepared the ‘Small Apartment House Green Design Guidelines’ to improve the quality of the pleasant residential environment of small apartment houses.
