총 사업비는 약 1억 5천만 원으로 단독주택은 한 세대당 최대 1,200만 원 내, 공동주택은 전유부분의 경우 최대 세대별 500만 원 내, 공용부분의 경우 최대 1,600만원 내에서 집수리 총 공사비의 80%를 지원하며, 공사비의 20%는 건축주가 부담해야 한다.

외부공간의 경우 최대 300만 원까지 공사비의 100%를 지원한다.
