(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천해양경찰서(서장 박상춘)가 17일 인천 옹진군 연평도 인근에서 서북도서 위기상황 발생을 대비한 주민 이송 훈련을 실시했다.

 
인천해경은 적 도발로 서북도서 주민의 인명피해가 발생한 상황을 가정하여 서북도서 인근 조업어선 안전해역 이동, 경찰 등 유관기관 주민대피 지원, 경비함정을 이용한 도서민 이송 및 경비함정 호송 실시 등 훈련을 진행했다.

 
이번 훈련은 해양경찰의 대형 공기부양정(H-09)을 주축으로 유관기관의 도서주민 탑승 지원과 해병부대의 해안가 주변 경계근무 상황에서 신속·안전하게 주민들을 이송시키는 절차로 진행됐다.

 
훈련을 위해 인천해양경찰서 소속 200인승 공기부양정 등 경비함정과 군, 경찰, 소방, 면사무소(보건소) 등 7개 기관이 참여하여 함정 4척 차량 5대가 동원됐다.

 
인천해경 관계자는 “실제 상황에 기반한 합동훈련을 주기적으로 실시하여 대응역량을 점검하는 한편, 대규모 주민 이송 상황을 대비하여 유관기관과 협력체계 구축을 더욱 공고히 하겠다”라고 말했다.
