(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청(부교육감 장우삼)이 인천북부교육문화센터 소공연장에서 관내 고등학교 전문상담교사 및 전문상담사 70여명을 대상으로 ‘2022 전문상담교사 및 전문상담사 전문성 향상 직무연수’를 실시했다.
이번 연수는 게슈탈트 치료 및 관계성 향상 프로그램(GRIP)에 대한 심층적인 이해를 통한 학생 상담 역량 강화를 위해 김영기 센터장(게슈탈트 가족 부부상담센터)이 강의했다.
연수에 참여한 한 상담교사는 “게슈탈트 관계성 향상 프로그램(GRIP) 기초과정 특강에 이어 심화 과정 특강을 진행해 하나의 주제에 대해 연속적이고 심화된 내용을 배울 수 있어서 유익했다”고 전했다.
인천시교육청 관계자는 “이번 직무연수를 통해 관내 고등학교 전문상담교사, 전문상담사들이 게슈탈트 관계성 향상 프로그램(GRIP) 활용 기법 등을 습득하고 학교 현장에서 위기를 겪는 학생들을 상담하는 데에 도움이 됐으면 한다”고 말했다.
