(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구가 ‘2022년 공동주택관리 지원사업’에 인천 최대 예산 12억 원을 확보해 사업을 진행한다. 
 

서구가 추진하는 공동주택관리 지원사업은 사용검사일 기준 10년 이상 경과된 공동주택단지(아파트, 연립, 다세대주택)를 대상으로 ▲단지 내 도로포장 및 부속시설 보수, ▲어린이놀이터 보수, ▲경로당 보수, ▲재난예방 시설물 보강 등을 지원한다. 지원 대상은 현장조사와 심의위원회를 거쳐 결정된다.
 

서구는 지난 2006년부터 지난해까지 공동주택 946곳에 84억7백여만 원을 지원한 바 있다.

올해도 서구는 예산 12억 원을 확보해 인천 최대규모로 사업을 시행한다.

또한,  서구는 사업을 조기에 완료해 지역 경제 활성화에도 기여한다는 방침이다.
 

아울러, 서구는 사용검사일 기준 20년 이상 지난 임의관리 아파트, 연립 및 다세대주택 단지를 대상 ‘소규모 공동주택 시설개선 지원사업’도 병행할 계획이라고 추가로 밝혔다.
 

또한 서구는 소규모 공동주택 안전 점검으로 20년 이상 지난 임의관리 단지 공동주택에 무상으로 안전관리계획 수립 및 보수보강 방법 등을 지원할 예정이다.
 

공동주택관리 지원사업과 소규모 공동주택 시설개선 지원사업 신청 기간은 24일부터 3월 4일까지이며 지원신청서, 사업계획서, 입주자대표회의 의결서 또는 입주자 동의서 등을 제출해야 한다.
