(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 ‘2021 인천광역시 장애인통계’ 결과를 인천광역시 누리집을 통해 공표했다.

인천시 장애인통계는 2020년 12월 31일 기준 인천시에 거주하는 등록장애인을 대상으로 장애인의 인구, 복지, 교육, 고용, 건강, 사회서비스 등에 대해 6개 분야 86개 항목을 분석하여, 장애인의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 정책 수립 등에 활용하기 위해 작성됐다.

이번에 작성된 장애인통계는 2019년 최초 개발이후 2회차 작성으로 정부, 공공 기관, 인천시 관련부서 등 다양한 기관에서 생산하는 행정자료 및 기존 통계자료를 집계⋅연계⋅결합하여 분석하는 행정통계 방식으로 개발하여 저비용⋅고품질의 통계를 생산했다.

‘2021 인천광역시 장애인통계’의 분야별 주요 내용은 다음과 같다.

▲ 인구

2020년 장애인 인구는 146,321명으로 전년대비 1.2%(1,747명) 증가했고, 인천시 전체 인구의 5.0%를 차지하며 지속적으로 증가하는 추세.

▲ 복지

인천시 국민기초생활보장 수급자 142,628명 중 장애인 수급자는 32,140명으로 22.5% 규모.

▲ 교육

장애유형별 특수교육 대상자는 총 6,220명으로 전년 6,005명 보다 3.6% 증가.

▲ 고용

장애인 취업률은 전년 동분기 68.1%보다 3.6%p 증가한 71.7% 수준.

장애인 만성질환(6종) 진료인원은 88,970명(치주질환 42,408명, 고혈압 34,895명, 관절염 22,531명 순)이며, 1인당 연평균 진료비는 1,231천원.
