(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 21일 오는 27일 시행예정인 중대재해처벌법 관련, ‘인천광역시 안전감찰 지역전담기구협의회’1차 회의를 개최했다.

이본 회의에서는 인천시와 재난관리책임기관 및 유관기관이 추진사항과 중대재해처벌에 관한 사항에 대해 공유하고 논의했다.

특히, 평택 공사장 화재사고 및 광주 아파트 외벽붕괴와 같은 재해사고가 인천시에서 발생하는 것을 방지하기 위해 안전을 위협하는 요소들을 사전에 적극 발굴하고 문제점 개선방안을 상호 제시하면서 안전의식 제고를 위한 활동계획을 공유했다.

인천시는 ‘중대재해처벌법’시행(2022.1.27.) 에 앞서 지난해 11월부터 관련 기관에 사전준비 사항을 안내하고 정부합동설명회를 개최, 법 시행 가이드라인을 배포했다.

지난해 12월에는 ‘중대재해처벌법’ 관련 부서별 업무추진계획을 포함한 ‘2022년 인천광역시 안전관리계획’을 수립했으며 시기별 추진사항을 점검 할 계획이다.

또한, 2022년 1월에는 중대시민재해 적용대상 시설 현황을 조사하여  ‘중대재해처벌법’조치의무 이행실태에 대한 확인‧점검을 실시할 계획이며, 중대재해처벌에 관련된 온라인 교육과 홍보도 병행하여 추진해 나갈 계획이다.

이와 함께, 이번 협의회를 통해서 안전불감증으로 인한 인명‧재산 피해가 발생하지 않도록 유관기관 간 관심과 예방 및 신속 대응을 요청하며, 안전분야 부패 척결을 위한 동참과 결의를 다졌다.
