(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구가 지난 18일 구청 중회의실에서 부평5동 행정복지센터 청사 신축 설계용역 착수보고회를 마치고 사업을 본격 착수했다.

이날 보고회는 지난해 12월 31일 설계공모를 통해 당선된 작품을 기본설계로 진행했다.

차준택 부평구청장과 동 대표로 구성된 건립자문위원, 구의원, 설계자 등 20여 명이 참석한 이번 행사는 당선작의 사업개요와 추진방향, 건물디자인 등을 보고하고 주민 의견을 듣는 형태로 이뤄졌다.

신축 청사는 현재 부평5동 행정복지센터와 같은 위치에 오는 2024년까지 공사를 완료할 예정이며 총 공사비 90억 원, 연면적 3천㎡에 지하 1층, 지상 5층 규모로 건립된다.

차준택 구청장은 “비좁고 노후한 부평5동 공공청사가 이번 계기로 새롭게 건축될 수 있어 기쁘다”며 “주민의견이 최대한 반영되어 주민맞춤형  청사로 거듭나 원도심 주민의 삶의 질 향상과 주민복지에도 많은 보탬이 되길 바란다”고 말했다.

Bupyeong-gu completed the design service initiation report for the new construction of the Bupyeong 5-dong Administrative Welfare Center in the central meeting room of the gu office on the 18th and started the project in earnest.

The new government building is currently located at the same location as the Bupyeong 5-dong Administrative Welfare Center and is scheduled to be completed by 2024.
