(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구가 해외 판로개척과 수출업무 추진 시 통‧번역에 어려움을 겪고 있는 관내 중소제조기업에‘외국어 통‧번역 지원 사업’을 시행한다.
 

이 사업은 외국어 전문인력이 부족한 수출입 중소제조기업을 대상으로 계약서, 제품 카탈로그, 기업홍보물 등 각종 무역서류를 번역해주고 해외 바이어 상담 통역 서비스를 제공한다.
 

중소제조기업이 외국어 통·번역 지원 서비스를 신청하면 심사 절차를 거친 후, 통·번역 전문 수행업체에 의뢰해 서비스를 제공하며 이때 소요된 비용을 지원한다.
 

지원 대상은 30여 개의 관내 중소 제조기업으로 휴·폐업 기업은 지원대상에서 제외되며, 통·번역 비용 지원은 횟수 제한없이 기업당 최대 50만원까지 지원받을 수 있다.
 

서구 관계자는 “이번 사업으로 외국어 전문인력이 부족한 중소기업의 해외시장 진출과 수출 경쟁력 향상에 도움이 되길 바란다”고 말했다.
  

사업 참가기업 모집 기간은 1월부터 예산 소진 시까지로 지원받고자 하는 기업은 중소기업 맞춤형 원스톱지원서비스(BizOK) 홈페이지에 외국어 통·번역 지원 서비스를 신청하면 된다.

Incheon Seo-gu will implement the ‘Foreign Language Interpretation and Translation Support Project’ to small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in Incheon who are having difficulties in interpretation and translation when developing overseas markets and promoting export business.
 

This project translates various trade documents, such as contracts, product catalogs, and corporate promotional materials, for import and export small and medium-sized manufacturing companies that lack foreign language experts, and provides consulting and interpretation services for overseas buyers.
 

When a small and medium-sized manufacturing company applies for a foreign language interpretation/translation support service, it goes through a screening process and then provides the service to a specialized interpretation/translation service provider, and the expenses incurred in this case are subsidized.
 

The support target is about 30 small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in the region, and companies that have closed or closed are excluded from the support target.
