(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 행정안전부 주관 ‘2021년  자율적 내부통제 운영평가’에서 우수기관으로 선정돼 ‘행정안전부장관 표창’을 수상했다.

‘자율적 내부통제’제도는 청백-e 시스템, 자기진단제도, 공직자 자기관리시스템을 통해 업무처리 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 행정 오류와 비리를 사전에 예방하고 업무의 투명성과 효율성을 높이기 위한 제도다.

부천시는 전국 상위 5% 이내 들어야 주어지는 S등급을 6년 연속으로 달성하면서 꾸준히 우수한 역량을 보여줬다.

특히, 민선 7기 들어서 4년 연속으로 경기도 내 1위를 차지했으며 2020년도 국무총리 표창에 이어 2021년도 평가에서도 우수 기관으로 선정되어 2년 연속 기관표창을 수상했다.

부천시는 전 자치단체의 감사부서를 대상으로 실시한 우수 감사기법 온라인 투표에 제출한 ‘지방세 전산을 활용한 누락 공유재산의 소유권 권리보전’기법이 위 투표에 제출된 18개 기법 중 1위로 선정되어 내부통제 활성화 분야에서 가점 3점을 획득하는 등 100점 만점에 5.5점의 가점을 더한 105.5점이라는 우수한 성적을 거뒀다.

이 밖에도 ‘3년 연속 부패행위 ZERO’라는 탁월한 성과를 바탕으로 국민권익위원회 청렴도평가에서 10년 연속 청렴도 우수기관(2등급 이상)으로 선정됐으며, 4년 연속 고충민원처리실태 평가 최우수등급을 달성했다.
