이번 투자조합은 인천 관내 벤처기업의 안정적인 성장과 데스밸리 극복을 지원하고자 결성됐으며, 출자대상 조합 선정을 위한 서류 및 발표 심사를 통해 현대기술투자㈜가 운용하는 벤처투자조합과 ㈜이앤인베스트먼트 및 ㈜파이오니어인베스트먼트가 공동으로 운용하는 신기술사업투자조합을 선정했다.

 
벤처기업펀드 1호(현대일자리창출펀드1호)는 한국성장금융투자운용이 200억 원, 인천시(인천창조경제혁신센터)가 10억원, 일반 투자기관 및 운용사가 190억원을 출자하여 총 400억원 규모로 결성됐다.

중점 투자 대상은 청년 일자리 기업(일자리 창출이 기대되는 중소기업 및 벤처기업)이며, 인천 기업에 총 30억 원 이상의 투자를 진행 할 예정이다.

 
벤처기업펀드 2호(이앤파이오니어그린뉴딜펀드)는 한국성장금융투자운용이 99억원, 시중은행이 96억원, 인천시(인천창조경제혁신센터)가 10억원, 일반 투자기관 및 운용사가 145억원을 출자하여 총 350억원 규모로 결성됐으며, 추가 출자를 통해 500억원 결성을 목표로 하고 있다.
