(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구가 2021년 도시재생 선진지견학 프로그램 추진 과정과 그 결과를 정리한 ‘함께 걸어요, 부평’ 결과자료집을 발간했다.

이번 자료집은 지난해 주민 14명이 참여해 진행한 선진지 견학 프로그램 전 과정이 실려 있다.

참가자들은 생태하천 복원지 답사, 도시숲이 주민에게 미치는 영향, 지역 특화거리 발전 과정 및 운영 형태 등 다양한 주제로 선진지를 방문해 왔다.

방문지는 수원천 및 행궁동 광장, 인천 서구 가좌완충녹지공원, 서울시 경의선 숲길 및 세모길, 충청남도 공주시 제민천 등 총 4곳이다.

참가자들은 도시재생뉴딜사업에 대한 전문 강의·컨설팅 등 준비 과정을 거쳐 우수 지역 방문 및 견학, 결과공유회에 이르는 프로그램 전 과정에 참여했다.

자료집에는 도시재생과 지역의 변화, 자신의 역할 등 참가자의 고민과 감상이 고스란히 담겨있다.

이번 자료집은 이달 중 동 행정복지센터, 유관기관, 도시재생 관계자, 참여 주민에게 배포될 예정이다.

한 참가자는 “쉽게 다니던 길이지만 더 관심을 가지고 바라볼 수 있는 기회였다”며 “늘 걸어 다니는 길이 특별해 질 수 있었으면 좋겠다”고 말했다.

부평구 관계자는 “이번 프로그램을 통해 도시재생사업에서 주민의 역할을 돌아보는 계기로 만들고자 했다”며 “올해 선진지견학도 새로운 주제와 자발적인 주민 참여를 통해 진행할 예정이다”고 말했다.

한편, 부평구 도시재생 선진지 견학은 도시재생 선진 사례지를 답사하며 현장에서 도시의 변화를 체험하는 프로그램이다.

지난 2019년부터 진행됐으며, 매년 주민 참여 기회가 확대되고 있다.

Bupyeong-gu published the ‘Walk Together, Bupyeong’ result data book that summarizes the process and results of the 2021 urban regeneration tour program.

This resource book contains the entire process of the tour program to advanced countries that 14 residents participated in last year.

Participants have visited advanced sites with various themes, such as exploring ecological river restoration sites, the impact of urban forests on residents, and the development process and operation form of local specialized streets.

There are four places to visit: Suwoncheon Stream and Haenggung-dong Square, Gajwa Buffer Green Park in Seo-gu, Incheon, Gyeongui Line Forest Road and Semo-gil in Seoul, and Jemincheon Stream in Gongju-si, Chungcheongnam-do.

Participants took part in the entire program, from preparatory courses such as specialized lectures and consulting on the Urban Regeneration New Deal project, to visiting and field trips to excellent areas, and to sharing the results.

The material book contains the concerns and impressions of the participants, such as urban regeneration, regional changes, and their roles.

This booklet will be distributed to the administrative welfare center, related organizations, urban regeneration officials, and participating residents in the middle of this month.

One participant said, “It was an easy road, but it was an opportunity to look at it with more interest.

A Bupyeong-gu official said, “Through this program, we wanted to make it an opportunity to look back on the role of residents in the urban regeneration project.

On the other hand, the Bupyeong-gu Urban Regeneration Advanced Site Tour is a program that explores advanced urban regeneration case sites and experiences changes in the city on the spot.

It has been held since 2019, and opportunities for resident participation are expanding every year.
