이승희 관세행정관은 인천항 해상화물 포장명세서 성실신고 제도를 시행해 7개월간 총 2,403건을 적발·보완 조치했고, 이를 통해 내실 있고 신속한 수입검사를 도모해 인천항LCL화물의 통관·물류를 획기적으로 개선한 공로를 인정받았다.

업무 분야별 최고 유공자로는 일반행정분야 유공자에 직원들의 적극적이고 창의적인 업무수행을 지원하는 각종 프로젝트를 기획하고 운영한 박철홍 관세행정관이 선정됐다.

특수통관분야 유공자로는 코로나-19 이후 마약밀수 유형 변화에 맞춘 정보분석을 통해 56회에 걸쳐 마약류 총 62.4㎏를 적발한 신영진 관세행정관이 선정됐다.

물류·감시분야 유공자로는 하선장소 반입기간 확대, 반송절차 개선 등 적극행정으로 민원을 해소하고 효율적인 물류행정을 도모한 박재형 관세행정관이 선정됐다.

심사분야 유공자로는 다국적기업의 ACVA 전후 이전가격의 이익률 변화구조를 분석해 120억원의 세수를 확보한 이미영 관세행정관이 선정했다.
