‘스마트대한민국창업초기조합T’는 창업 3년 이내 초기 스타트업에 투자하는 371억원 규모이며, ‘비하이임팩트투자조합2호’는 소셜벤처기업에 투자하는 300억원 규모의 펀드다.

펀드 운용은 ㈜티인베스트먼트와 비하이인베스트먼트(유)가 각각 맡게 되며, 투자기간은 4년, 존속기간은 8년이다.

인천시는 올해 20억원의 예산을 투입해 두 곳의 펀드 조합 결성에 참여했다.
