(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 서구는 지난 13일,‘2020 베트남 국제 프리미엄 소비재전’에 새로운 방식인 온·오프라인 믹스 방식 전시회로 참가 지원을 결정하고 사전설명회를 개최했다.
‘온·오프라인 믹스 전시회’는 비대면 방식의 단점을 극복하기 위해 해외 현지 전시회에서 제품상담은 한국기업을 대신해 베트남통역원이 상시 진행하고, 해외 바이어와의 1:1 상담은 전시장 부스에 설치된 화상 장비를 사용해 한국기업과 온라인으로 진행하는 방식이다.
이날 서구에서 진행한 사전설명회는 새로운 참가방식에 대한 참가기업들의 혼란을 최소화하기 위해 마련됐다.
사전설명회는 코엑스, 한국무역협회 인천지역본부, 인천서구 및 전시회 참가기업 담당자 등 총 10여 명이 참석한 가운데 화상회의시스템을 통해 이뤄졌다.
‘2020 베트남 국제 프리미엄 소비재전’은 오는 12월 17일부터 19일까지 베트남 호찌민시(SECC 전시장)에서 열릴 예정이며 서구에서는 6개사가 참가한다.
서구 관계자는 “이번 해외전시회 참가는 새로운 방식으로 추진되는 만큼 참가기업 지원에 더 힘을 쏟고 있다”며 “참가기업들이 만족할 만한 성과를 얻을 수 있길 바란다”고 밝혔다.
