(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 계양구가 박형우 구청장이 취임 이틀째인 2일 첫 간부회의를 주재하고 구정 운영 방향을 공유한 데 이어 본청과 보건소 전 부서를 찾아 직원들과 인사를 나누며 민선 9기 첫 공식 소통 행보에 나섰다고 밝혔다.

계양구에 따르면, 박형우 구청장은 이날 오전 간부회의에서 민선 9기 구정 운영 방향과 주요 현안 추진 계획을 공유하며 부서 간 긴밀한 협업과 현장 중심의 행정이 무엇보다 중요하다고 강조했다.

이어 오전 9시부터 본청과 보건소 전 부서를 차례로 방문해 직원들과 인사를 나누고 근무 환경을 살피며 현장의 의견을 청취했다.

 각 부서에서는 직원들을 격려하고 앞으로의 구정 운영 방향을 설명하며 원활한 소통과 협력을 당부했다.

박형우 구청장은 “행정의 가장 큰 자산은 직원 여러분”이라며 “서로 존중하고 신뢰하는 조직문화 속에서 구민에게 더욱 좋은 행정서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 함께 노력해 달라.”라고 말했다.
