(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구가 6일,  공직자의 청렴의식 함양과 청렴문화 확산을 위해 ‘청렴한page’를 운영한다고 밝혔다.

부평구에 따르면, ‘청렴한page’는 청렴 관련 법령과 제도의 핵심 내용을 직원들이 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 내부 게시판에 자료(콘텐츠)를 제공해, 일상 속에서 청렴 의식을 자연스럽게 익히고 실천으로 이어지도록 하는 사업이다.

운영 기간은 5월부터 12월까지이며, 대상은 전 직원이다. 

콘텐츠는 매월 첫째·셋째 주 수요일에 게시되며, 부패·청렴 관련 자료를 중심으로 구성된다. 

아울러, 부평구는 올해도 청렴 수준을 더욱 높이기 위한 다양한 ‘청렴 시책’을 추진하기로 했다.

올해 전 직원을 대상으로 한 청렴교육을 총 3회에 걸쳐 실시할 예정이다. 

앞서 지난 3월에는 구청장 주재로 ‘간부공무원 청렴협의체 회의’를 열고 청렴도 향상 방안을 논의한 바 있다.

부패 취약분야로 분석된 '갑질' 관행 개선을 위해 맞춤형 시책도 추진한다. 

간부공무원이 솔선수범해 상호 존중하는 공직 문화를 조성할 수 있도록 '간부공무원 갑질 위험 자기진단'을 올해 새롭게 도입해 실시할 계획이다.

또한, 부평구 보건소가 오는 9월 30일까지, 여름철 앞두고 기온상승 및 야외활동 증가로 수인성·식품 매개 감염병 발생 위험이 높아짐에 따라 ‘하절기 비상방역체계’를 운영한다고 밝혔다.

부평구에 따르면, 이번 비상방역체계는 오염된 물이나 음식물 섭취로 발생하는 설사, 복통, 구토 등 감염병의 집단 발생을 예방하고, 발생 시 신속하게 대응하기 위해 마련됐다.

운영시간은 평일 오전 9시부터 오후 8시까지, 주말·공휴일은 오전 9시부터 오후 4시까지 이다. 

아울러, 비상 상황에 대비해 24시간 대응체계를 유지해 상황 발생 시 즉시 출동·조치가 가능하도록 할 방침이다.

또, 하절기 기간 중 감염병 비상응소 훈련을 실시해 현장 대응 역량을 점검할 계획이다.

보건소는 수인성·식품매개 감염병 예방을 위해 흐르는 물에 30초 이상 비누로 손 씻기, 음식은 충분히 익혀 먹기, 물은 끓여 마시기, 채소·과일은 깨끗이 씻어 먹기, 설사 증상 시 음식 조리·준비 금지, 조리기구 구분 사용 및 소독 등 위생적 조리 실천을 당부했다.
