(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 28일,  부천지역노사민정협의회가 지역 노사민정 상생협력 지원사업의 일환으로 시민참여형 연구 공모사업 ‘플랜부천(Plan Bucheon)’을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

올해로 7년째를 맞은 ‘플랜부천’은 시민이 지역의 고용·노동 등 다양한 현안을 직접 발굴하고 연구를 수행한 뒤 정책으로 연계하는 참여형 연구 사업으로, 직장 내 괴롭힘 실태 연구와 노동자쉼터 확대 방안, 산업안전보건 관련 연구 등이 조례 제정과 휴게시설 확충, 관련 위원회 신설로 이어지는 성과를 거뒀다.

이번 공모에서는 총 3개 연구과제를 선정해 과제당 500만 원에서 700만 원의 연구비를 지원한다. 

특히 고용·노동 분야는 심사를 통해 최대 700만 원까지 지원한다.

지원 대상은 부천시민 또는 부천시 소재 기관이며, 연구는 2인 이상이 참여해야 한다. 

접수는 5월 8일까지 진행하며, 제안신청서를 작성해 전자우편, 방문 또는 우편으로 제출하면 된다.

또한, 부천시가 28일, 부천국제판타스틱영화제(BIFAN)와 함께 ‘숏! 폼! 판! BIFAN 30초 숏폼 공모전’을 열고, 제30회를 맞은 영화제를 기념해 시민 참여형 프로그램을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 이번 공모전은 시민 참여형 프로그램으로 운영한다. 

본선 진출작 30편을 대상으로 커뮤니티 이벤트를 열고, 수상작 10편에는 총 600만 원의 상금과 상장을 수여한다. 

공모 주제는 숫자 ‘30’으로, 30회, 30살, 30곳, 30가지 등 다양한 의미를 자유롭게 해석한 30초 이내 영상이면 된다. 

출품작은 타 공모전에 선정되지 않은 순수 창작물로 제한한다.

공모 자격은 부천시 거주자 또는 관내 초·중·고등학교와 대학(원) 재학생 및 졸업생, 상공인과 직장인 등으로 개인 또는 팀 단위 참여가 가능하다.

작품 접수는 5월 1일부터 5월 30일까지 진행하며, BIFAN 홈페이지 ‘숏폼 공모전’ 페이지를 통해 제출하면 된다. 

심사를 거쳐 본선 진출작 30편은 6월 30일 발표하며, 최종 수상작 10편은 7월 시상식에서 공개한다.
