(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구가 10일부터 2026년 6월 29일까지 오류, 마전, 불로지구 토지구획정리사업구역 내 체비지를 선착순 수의계약(방문접수) 방식으로 매각한다고 밝혔다.

서구에 따르면, 이번 수의계약 대상 매각토지는 지난 10월부터 두 차례에 걸친 일반공개경쟁 입찰 후 유찰된 단독주택, 다세대, 연립, 상업용지 등 총 11필지(6,740.9㎡)이다. 

매각 방식은 선착순으로, 매수 희망자는 인천 서구청 도시계획과에 매수신청서를 제출하고, 계약보증금 10%를 먼저 납부한 뒤 계약자로 선정된다.

접수는 오직 방문 접수만 가능하다. 

서구 관계자는 “이번 체비지 수의계약에 주민과 투자자의 적극적인 참여를 기대한다”며 “별도의 현장 설명회는 개최하지 않으므로, 수의계약을 희망하는 자는 사전에 토지대장, 지적도 등 관련 공적 서류를 확인하고, 대상 필지의 규제 사항 등을 충분히 검토한 뒤 매수신청을 해야 한다”고 당부했다.

체비지 매수신청 기간은 12월 10일 10시부터 2026년 6월 29일 16시까지이다.
