(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 지난 9일과 오는 15일, 16일에 유·초·중·고·특·각종학교 교(원)장, 교(원)감, 행정실장 및 교사 1500여 명을 대상으로 ‘2026년 인천교육 정책설명회’를 개최한다고 밝혔다. 

인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 설명회에서는 2026년도 인천교육청의 핵심 정책 방향인 ‘학교현장지원 강화’를 중심으로 주요 정책 과제를 안내한다.

인천시교육청은 학교 교육활동 지원 강화를 위해 교사와 기간제교사 정원과 학교운영비 지원을 확대하고, 또한 모든 학교의 교육여건을 지속 개선해 수업과 생활교육에 전념할 수 있는 환경을 조성할 계획이다.

또한 모든 학생이 인간다움과 인공지능 활용 역량을 함께 갖추도록 ‘인간주도의 AI교육’을 본격 추진하며, 지역사회와 연계한 민주시민교육·생태평화시민교육 수업모델을 개발해 보급할 예정이다.

진로·진학·직업교육은 학생 개별 맞춤형 지원에 집중한다.

인공지능 기반 상담·체험 프로그램 제공, 직업계고 재구조화, 기초학력 향상과 교육격차 해소를 위한 온러닝 및 학습코디네이터 사업 등을 추진한다.

학생·교직원의 안전한 학교생활을 위한 정책도 강화된다.
