(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 지난 3일부터 5일까지 청주 오스코 전시장에서 열린 ‘2025 대한민국 정부혁신 박람회’에 참여해, 인공지능 기반 복지행정 모델인 ‘온마음 AI복지콜’의 성과를 소개하고 전국 지자체 확산 가능성을 적극적으로 알렸다.

부천시에 따르면, 이번 박람회는 행정안전부 주최로 전국 188개 기관이 참여한 가운데, 정부혁신 우수사례와 디지털 공공서비스를 공유하는 자리로 마련됐다.

부천시는 ‘온마음 AI복지콜’ 컨소시엄 기관인 세종네트웍스㈜, ㈜에이블테라퓨틱스와 함께 체험 부스를 운영했다. 

특히 부천시는 관람객들이 체험번호로 전화를 걸어 AI콜봇을 통한 복지정보 안내 서비스를 체험하고, AI콜과 태블릿을 활용한 인지건강검사를 직접 경험할 수 있도록 했다.

아울러, 전시 부스에서는 복지정보 AI안내 서비스 시연, 단축형·표준형 인지건강검사 체험, 사업 성과 전시, 홍보 영상 상영 등 다양한 프로그램이 운영됐다. 

이와 함께 관람객 참여를 유도하기 위한 기념품 증정 이벤트도 함께 진행됐다.

정미연 부천시 복지정책과장은 “온마음 AI복지콜은 취약계층에게 필요한 복지정보를 신속히 전달하고 인지건강검사까지 연계하는 부천시의 대표적인 복지행정 혁신 사례”라며 “박람회 현장에서 확인된 높은 관심을 바탕으로 전국 지자체 확산 기반을 더욱 강화하겠다”고 말했다.

한편, 부천시는 앞으로도 민관협력을 통해 복지서비스의 디지털 전환을 선도하고, AI 기반 복지행정 모델의 전국 확산에 지속적으로 힘쓸 계획이다.
