이러한 해외여행자의 증가에 따라 인천공항본부세관은 성실한 자진신고 문화 확산을 위해 다양한 활동으로 휴대품 통관 규정 등을 알리고 있다.

휴대품 통관 규정 홍보의 일환으로 여행 크리에이터 빠니보틀과 촬영한 면세범위 사례형 영상을 관세청 유튜브에 게시하고, 이를 바탕으로 휴대품 통관 퀴즈 이벤트를 진행중이다.

영상에서는 이온스캐너, 밀리미터파 등 과학 장비를 이용한 세관 마약 검사를 소개하고, 해외여행자의 휴대품 면세범위를 안내한다.

퀴즈 이벤트는 홍보영상을 시청한 후에 영상에서 안내하는 여행자 휴대품 통관에 대한 문제를 풀고 댓글에 정답을 작성하는 방식으로, 지난 13일부터 31일까지 진행되며 정답을 맞춘 참여자에게는 커피 쿠폰이 증정된다.
