(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 지난 21일 인사위원회를 개최하고 승진자 67명을 포함한 450여명의 정기인사를 단행했다고 밝혔다. 

부천시에 따르면, 이번 인사에서는 명예퇴직, 퇴직준비교육에 따른 승진인사와 민선8기 하반기 주요 역점사업의 속도감 있는 추진을 위해 전문성과 업무능력을 고려한 우수인력 발탁에 초점을 두고 시·구·동에 주요 인력을 균형 있게 배치했다.

4급 승진, 5급 승진의결은 탁월한 업무성과, 시정 공헌도 등을 균형있게 고려하였고, 주요 사업부서에 능력있는 부서장을 발탁, 전보 배치하여 시 주요사업 추진에 박차를 가할 예정이다. 

또, 5급 승진의결자의 경우 직렬별 업무특성 및 구별 안배 등을 고려하여 시·구·동에 분산 배치했다.

6급 이하 승진은 직렬별 승진소요연수 등을 반영하여 직렬간 균형을 고려하였고, 승진후보자 순위와 시의 현안 및 역점사업 추진을 위해 열정적으로 직무를 수행하는 직원들을 주요 보직에 배치했다. 

구청 및 일반동 행정체제 조기 안정화를 위해 상반기 승진 후 현 부서에서 잔류했던 7급이하 직원 및 현 부서 장기근무자에 대해서는 순환 전보를 실시했고, 인사고충도 적극 반영했다.

또한, 전문직위 개편 및 우수인력의 전문관 신규 임명을 통해 현안사업의 원활한 추진 및 전문성을 확보하여 민선8기 하반기 지속 가능한 발전에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 

조용익 부천시장은 “이번 승진과 전보인사는 민선8기 하반기 주요 역점사업 추진과 지속 가능한 발전을 위해 역량 있는 인재를 적절히 배치하는 데 초점을 맞췄다”고 밝혔다.

한편, 부천시는 5급 승진의결자 교육수료 후 추가로 6급 이하 후속 승진인사를 실시할 예정이다.
